Key Responsibilities of the Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative

As a Pre-Licensed Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' policyholders and ensuring their experience with our partner brands is positive, efficient, and resolution-driven. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving Complex Consumer Issues: Use excellent decision-making skills and innovative thinking to address high-level consumer concerns while strictly adhering to company and departmental guidelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advising First-Level Representatives: Serve as an experienced resource and trusted advisor to first-level representatives who escalate high-level issues, helping them find effective solutions and best practices.
  • Assisting with Billing Questions: Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic support to policyholders who have questions or concerns about their billing statements, payment schedules, and account balances.
  • Supporting Policy Changes: Help policyholders with any policy modifications they request, ensuring all changes are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Providing Personalized Recommendations: Assess each policyholder's unique situation and provide tailored recommendations, adjusting policies as necessary to better meet their evolving needs.

Essential Qualifications We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of six months of customer service experience in any industry.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Comfort and familiarity with desktop computer systems.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Proficiency in using Windows operating systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Work From Home Requirements

This is a fully remote position, and as such, you will need to ensure your home setup meets the following technical and environmental requirements:

  • Internet Connection Requirements:
    • Minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps or higher.
    • Minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps or higher.
    • ISP must demonstrate no packet loss and maintain a ping rate under 50ms.
    • Proof of internet speed will be required as part of the onboarding process.
  • A clean, quiet, and dedicated workspace free from distractions, where you can focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A reliable computer system that meets arenaflex's technical specifications (provided details will be shared during onboarding).
