As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the voice and the listening ear for our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high volume of inbound requests while achieving targeted resolution rates and adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and knowledge bases to identify root causes, propose effective solutions, and document outcomes for future reference.
  • Follow up on escalated cases, providing coaching and feedback to peers to enhance collective problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Accurately record all customer interactions, updates, and resolutions in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.

Essential Qualifications
