Client Onboarding – Experience Specialist

Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary contact for new clients during onboarding.
  • Create a welcoming onboarding experience for clients.
  • Build trusted relationships through proactive communication.
  • Guide clients through onboarding requirements and expectations.
  • Monitor onboarding milestones and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and internal systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or similar client-facing role.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
  • English fluency required; Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus.
