Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound and outbound customer support in the client’s preferred language (French or English), following a structured call‑flow guide to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other portable devices, guiding customers step‑by‑step to resolution.
