Discord Virtual Assistants for Crypto Community Engagement

We are hiring multiple Discord Virtual Assistants (VAs) to help engage and chat with members in our growing crypto community. This is a chat-focused role — your main responsibility is keeping conversations active, welcoming new members, answering basic questions, and maintaining a positive and professional vibe in our Discord server. Responsibilities: - Actively chat and engage with members daily on Discord - Welcome new members and help them get oriented - Answer basic crypto questions and direct complex questions to admins/moderators - Keep conversations lively, on-topic, and friendly - Report spam, scams, or rule violations to moderators - Follow our community guidelines and tone of voice at all times Requirements: - Solid working knowledge of crypto (tokens, trading basics, wallets, common terminology, market trends, basic DeFi concepts) - Excellent written English with strong grammar, spelling, and a natural conversational tone - Reliable high-speed internet connection with minimal downtime - Prior experience moderating or chatting in Discord communities (preferred) - Ability to stay active and responsive during your assigned shift - Professional, friendly, and patient communication style Please include in your proposal: - Your experience with crypto and Discord communities - Your available hours per week - A short writing sample or example of how you would welcome a new member - Your internet speed (a quick speedtest screenshot is a plus) This is an ongoing role with long-term potential for the right candidates.
