Key Responsibilities

  • Customer‑Facing Technical Support: Deliver world‑class support to advertisers and internal stakeholders across arenaflex Advertising, arenaflex Video, arenaflex Search, and the arenaflex Marketing Platform.
  • Complex Issue Investigation: Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve high‑impact technical problems that span multiple systems, including backend services, data pipelines, and AI models.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, design teams, and business analysts to surface root causes, prioritize fixes, and influence product roadmaps.
  • Automation & Tooling: Design and implement internal tools, scripts, and dashboards that streamline issue triage, improve visibility, and reduce mean‑time‑to‑resolution.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Create clear documentation, run internal training sessions, and mentor junior engineers on troubleshooting methodologies and best practices.
  • Data‑Driven Insights: Leverage SQL, Python, and data‑visualization techniques to extract actionable insights from logs, metrics, and user reports.
  • Product Quality Advocacy: Feed real‑world findings back into the product development cycle, ensuring that future releases are more robust and user‑centric.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, cloud infrastructure, and advertising ecosystems to maintain a competitive edge.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Technical Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience coding in at least one widely used programming language such as Java, C/C++, or Python.
  • Web Technologies: Hands‑on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, and related web standards.
  • Data Skills: Proficiency in SQL or SQL‑like query languages for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
  • System Understanding: Solid grasp of backend concepts (e.g., caching, memory management), mobile application frameworks, and distributed system design.
  • Problem‑Solving Acumen: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex production issues using tools such as Chrome DevTools, log analyzers, and monitoring platforms.

  • Track record of building automation scripts or internal tooling that improves operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate raw data into strategic recommendations.
