Position Overview

This role is 100 % remote, with no commute, no office, and no mandatory video cameras. You will join a collaborative team that handles inbound customer contacts during our busiest periods—primarily Saturday afternoons, Sunday mornings, and Monday mornings (Eastern Time). The position runs from March/April/May through September/October, with the potential for year‑round employment for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and text messages with professionalism and empathy.
  • Identify, assess, and resolve customer needs, ensuring each interaction ends with a satisfied guest.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information using arenaflex’s knowledge base, order‑tracking tools, and standard operating procedures.
  • Meet and exceed personal contact‑handling quotas while maintaining quality standards.
  • Document each interaction in the CRM system, noting key details for future reference.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or specialized departments according to established guidelines.
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions, share best practices, and contribute ideas for process improvements.
  • Adhere strictly to arenaflex’s communication policies, data‑privacy rules, and brand voice guidelines.

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and/or written communication skills; a clear, friendly, and patient tone is essential.
  • Ability to type accurately and navigate multiple Chrome tabs (minimum 5) without performance degradation.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 5 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload) and a Windows‑based computer compatible with arenaflex’s software suite.
  • Headset with a working microphone and a quiet, distraction‑free workspace.
  • Availability to work the required weekend shifts: Saturday 12 PM‑5 PM ET, Sunday 9 AM‑1 PM ET, and Monday 9 AM‑1 PM ET.
  • Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, Texas, or Tennessee.
  • Successful completion of Indeed’s Basic Computer Skills assessment (required) and, optionally, the Customer Service assessment.

  • Prior experience in a remote call‑center or customer‑service role, though not mandatory.
