Customer Service Representative

GEICO is a leading insurance company that offers quality coverage to millions of customers. As an Auto Customer Service Representative, you will provide reassurance and solutions to customers, guiding them through coverage needs and policy changes while delivering world-class service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, messages, billing questions, policy updates, and offer recommendations
  • Resolve customer concerns ensuring a positive experience
  • Stay informed about GEICO’s products and identify cross-selling opportunities to assist customers
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions

Skills

  • Customer-facing role with 1-2 years of experience, 3+ years (preferred)
  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license required (we train you and cover exam fees)
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms
  • Experienced in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience
  • College degree
