They are seeking a Customer Support Representative responsible for assisting customers through various support channels and engaging with the online community.

Responsibilities

  • Providing customer support across multiple channels while maintaining our brand voice
  • Resolving order-related issues, including address changes, refunds, lost shipments, and product defects
  • Assisting with various internal operational and logistical tasks to ensure smooth support, release, and delivery of Youtooz Collectibles
  • Engaging with our community on social media by responding to support inquiries and feedback
  • Acting as a Youtooz brand ambassador

Skills

  • +1 years of experience in customer support across multiple channels (email, chat, phone)
  • Experience with high-volume & fast-paced customer support
  • Proficient in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, SquareSpace)
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, Zoho)
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Passion for customer support and helping others
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Written fluency in additional languages
  • Social Media Support experience (Twitter, Instagram, Reddit)
  • Community Management experience
  • Strong familiarity with Internet and pop culture
