[Remote] Customer Support (Weds - Sun)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Youtooz is a company that creates designer toys for internet personalities and influencers. They are seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist customers through various support channels and engage with the online community while maintaining the brand's voice.
Responsibilities
- Providing customer support across multiple channels while maintaining our brand voice
- Resolving order-related issues, including address changes, refunds, lost shipments, and product defects
- Assisting with various internal operational and logistical tasks to ensure smooth support, release, and delivery of Youtooz Collectibles
- Engaging with our community on social media by responding to support inquiries and feedback
- Acting as a Youtooz brand ambassador
Skills
- +1 years of experience in customer support across multiple channels (email, chat, phone)
- Experience with high-volume & fast-paced customer support
- Proficient in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, SquareSpace)
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, Zoho)
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Passion for customer support and helping others
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Written fluency in additional languages
- Social Media Support experience (Twitter, Instagram, Reddit)
- Community Management experience
- Strong familiarity with Internet and pop culture
