[Remote] Customer Service Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Propel Holdings is a fintech company focused on providing financial opportunities to underserved consumers. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will assist customers with online loan applications and the funds transfer process, while handling inbound and outbound calls and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for multiple portfolios
- Use multiple web-based applications for investigation and verification
- Answer existing and potential customer questions with accuracy and urgency
- Communication of appropriate course of action to clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Build customer confidence in the services offered by Propel as a subject matter expert
- Work as a team to obtain individual and team goals
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is an asset
- Exceptional customer service skills: able to build rapport with clients and handle escalated calls
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet
- Able to prioritize workload, handle high call volumes while maintaining a professional and personable approach
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment
