Analyst, Pricing & Analytics
SitusAMC is a company focused on transforming client businesses and fostering career growth within the Real Estate Industry. They are seeking an Analyst in Pricing & Analytics to produce valuation analyses and assist in maintaining valuation models and data sets for clients in various asset classes.
Responsibilities
- Works with colleagues to produce valuation analyses for clients as needed with a high degree of competency, integrity, and customer service
- Assist in the maintenance of valuation models and data sets as needed
- Manages and executes certain projects independently
- Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Entry level professional with 0-2 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office including strong skills in Excel
- Basic understanding of relevant financial and fixed-income topics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
