Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and highly adaptive Remote Customer Experience Specialist – Bilingual Applicant Support & Technical Assistance to join our growing team. As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for applicants reaching out through phone, email, and live chat channels. Your mission will be to provide timely, empathetic, and effective assistance, helping applicants successfully navigate the application process while identifying opportunities to improve our workflows. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful impact on the lives of applicants across the country.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of the arenaflex customer support team, you will take ownership of a wide range of responsibilities designed to ensure applicant success and operational excellence:

  • Respond to Inbound Inquiries: Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound applicant communications via phone, email, and chat. Provide courteous, professional, and solution-oriented responses to a high volume of inquiries each day.
  • Provide Technical Assistance: Guide applicants through technical issues they may encounter while completing their applications, ensuring they can successfully submit their materials with confidence.
  • Navigate Computerized Systems: Efficiently use multiple software platforms and internal tools to research applicant questions, troubleshoot issues, document interactions, and escalate complex cases when appropriate.
  • Communicate with Clarity and Empathy: Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adapting your tone and style to meet the diverse needs of applicants from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with colleagues in product, engineering, and operations to share applicant feedback, surface recurring issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of professional customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume contact center, startup, or technology-driven environment.

  • Technical Savvy: Comfortable learning new systems, software platforms, and processes quickly. Prior experience navigating CRM tools, ticketing systems, or similar applications is highly valued.
