Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, customer‑obsessed, and self‑motivated Remote Data Entry & Marketplace Account Manager to join our growing team in Costa Rica. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high‑value seller relationships that expand our product selection, optimize pricing, and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers in the United States. You will act as a strategic partner to sellers, guiding them through best practices, data‑driven insights, and growth strategies that drive mutual success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Intelligence: Build and maintain a deep understanding of the 3P (third‑party) marketplace segment, including seasonal trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
  • Seller Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and onboard high‑potential sellers through direct outreach, virtual events, and personalized presentations.
  • Onboarding & Enablement: Guide new sellers through the onboarding process, delivering best‑practice training on product listing, pricing strategy, fulfillment, and customer service.
  • Data‑Driven Advisory: Leverage analytics to provide sellers with actionable insights that improve inventory turnover, conversion rates, and overall profitability.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—including Product, Operations, Marketing, and Legal—to resolve seller issues, streamline processes, and enhance the marketplace experience.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, product assortment breadth, and customer satisfaction, reporting findings to leadership.
  • Strategic GTM Execution: Develop and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies that attract high‑value sellers and expand arenaflex’s product catalog in targeted categories.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of seller tools, policies, and training materials based on feedback and market trends.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, consumer packaged goods (FMCG), or related industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets using consultative and solution‑focused selling methodologies.
  • Strong passion for introducing new products to emerging markets and helping sellers scale.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable thriving in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment while managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including negotiation and conflict resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience specifically in e‑commerce marketplace sales or account management.
  • 3+ years of experience in consumer electronics sales or related product categories.
  • Direct sales experience with a focus on high‑value B2B relationships.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketplace seller tools.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, enabling seamless communication with local and international partners.
