Responsibilities

This is an important role with a wide range of responsibilities, including: Agile Best Practices Manage day-to-day Agile ceremonies at the team level. Implement Agile best practices to improve team velocity. Cross-Team Communication Drive cross-team communication and maintain healthy cross-team relationships. Provide accurate and proactive project tracking to the larger organization. Impediment Removal Actively identify and remove impediments that may impact team velocity or deliverables. Partner with PMO leadership to manage program-level impediments. Program Planning Participate in quarterly Big Room Planning. Work across the Program Management Office to resolve and plan cross-team dependencies. Facilitate assigned teams to make responsible commitments and negotiate competing priorities. Relentless Improvement Lead regular team-level retrospectives focused on practical improvements. Participate in larger cross-team Inspect and Adapt events. Development Team Relationship Act as a servant leader within the team. Use leadership skills to cultivate healthy and productive working relationships. Qualifications & Experience We believe the following are the key requirements for success in this role: Experience 3–4 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master in a technical environment. Certifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification required. Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSP, or SA are recommended. Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). SAFe certifications such as Certified SAFe Agilist, Certified SAFe Scrum Master, and/or Certified SAFe Practitioner are recommended. Technical & Functional Skills Solid understanding of Agile software development methodologies, with demonstrated success in driving teams to higher levels of productivity and efficiency. Experience working as part of a larger PMO to deliver complex solutions using Agile processes, including identifying issues, removing impediments, and managing risk. Experience managing expectations, negotiating compromises, and interfacing between technical teams and business partners. Domain & Tools Experience Familiarity with streaming applications, entertainment technology, and/or video and metadata ingestion workflows is highly recommended. Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones, with the ability to synchronize and establish seamless communication. Previous experience working with third-party applications and integrations, including managing expectations, progress, and deliverables. Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Google Workspace is required. Apply To This Job
