Delivery Manager SaaS - Insurance Technology Consulting Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join a growing technology consultancy focused on the Insurance sector. This role will lead the successful delivery of complex digital transformation, data, cloud, and systems integration projects for leading insurers across the US market.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple technology programmes and projects. Act as the primary client contact, building strong stakeholder relationships. Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, developers, and third-party vendors. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. Drive agile delivery practices, governance, risk management, and reporting. Support business development activities and contribute to client growth opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience delivering technology projects within the Insurance industry. Strong background in consulting, professional services, or systems integration environments. Experience managing cloud, digital transformation, data, or platform modernisation programmes. Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
