Receiving calls or any other kinds of customer interactions, and responding to customers’ inquiries, concerns, and/or complaints through phone or other media (e.g., email, online chat) following the standards set for call management, call accuracy, call handling, and email/messaging/data encoding accuracy. Receiving calls and responding to customers’ orders, inquiries, concerns, and/or complaints through phone following the standards set for call management, call accuracy, call handling and data encoding accuracy. Responsible for responding to customer phone of food order taking, follow ups, inquiries, complaints as well as empathizing with the customer concerns, clarifying and assessing customer needs, and resolving them in a prompt and effective manner, in accordance with the scope of work and job specifications for the account(s).
