Client Onboarding – Experience Specialist
Job Description:
- Serve as the primary contact for new clients during onboarding.
- Create a welcoming onboarding experience for clients.
- Build trusted relationships through proactive communication.
- Guide clients through onboarding requirements and expectations.
- Monitor onboarding milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM and internal systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or similar client-facing role.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication skills to engage with clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- English fluency required; Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus.
