What’s the role about? We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to cultivate an empowered and inclusive workplace culture, aligning with our organizational values and objectives.   • Here’s what you’d be up to
  • Lead the recruitment process to ensure a steady pipeline of high-caliber candidates, conducting a significant number of interviews weekly to meet the staffing needs of open positions.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated and productive in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate ongoing learning and development opportunities, ensuring team members are achieving their professional growth and development objectives.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including regular feedback, performance appraisals, and the implementation of performance-based compensation to align with organizational goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain a positive organizational culture, identifying and addressing any gaps, and implementing initiatives that reinforce core values, enhance employee engagement, and improve overall workplace satisfaction.

  • Proven experience in HR practices, particularly in recruiting, onboarding, team development, performance management, and culture building.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and strategy within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and relevant software applications.
