  • Analytical Reporting: Prepare detailed monitoring reports, executive summaries, and remediation action plans for senior business leaders.
  • Investigation & Documentation: Analyze monitoring outcomes, document findings, and track remediation progress across multiple functional teams.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders—including legal, risk, pharmacy, and retail operations—to ensure consistent application of compliance standards.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on industry regulations (e.g., FDA, HIPAA, state pharmacy laws) and emerging best practices in data analytics and risk management.
  • Open‑Door Leadership: Serve as an accessible point of contact for team members, fostering a culture of transparency, mentorship, and continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance monitoring, internal audit, or a similar analytical role.
  • Demonstrated ability to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources for analysis.
  • Proficiency with data‑visualization and reporting tools such as Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts and the ability to apply them to risk‑identification scenarios.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex findings to non‑technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 + years of experience in compliance monitoring or audit within the retail pharmacy or health‑care sector.
  • Hands‑on experience with highly sensitive or regulated data sets, including protected health information (PHI).
  • Advanced SQL skills for querying large‑scale databases and generating actionable insights.
  • Experience developing and presenting compliance dashboards to senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FDA, DEA, HIPAA, and state pharmacy statutes.
  • Track record of leading cross‑functional projects and influencing change across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Certification in compliance, risk management, or data analytics (e.g., CISA, CRMA, CAP, or similar).

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to dissect large data sets, identify patterns, and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Detail Orientation: Meticulous attention to data accuracy, documentation, and adherence to procedural standards.
  • Problem‑Solving: Creative approach to resolving compliance challenges and mitigating risk.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with SQL, data‑modeling tools, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Communication: Strong presentation skills, capable of tailoring messages for executives, operational teams, and external auditors.
