Position Overview

As a Remote Data Entry Associate within our Process Management team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Customer Communications Unit Queue, Settlement Options Team, Money Out Team, Premium Team, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Team, and Renewal Statements Team. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and the overall efficiency of our group insurance operations. This is a contract position with a competitive hourly rate of $23, designed for individuals who are ready to launch or accelerate their careers in a structured, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction Management: Process and manage up to 31 different transaction types across multiple specialized teams, including the Customer Communications Unit Queue, Settlement Options Team, Money Out Team, Premium Team, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFTs) Team, and Renewal Statements Team.
  • Policy Documentation: Create accurate value quotes, process policy status letters, update beneficiary information, and manage settlement options with meticulous attention to detail and full adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Referral Review: Review incoming referrals to ensure all supporting data is complete, accurate, and properly formatted for processing, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Premium Administration: Assist with comprehensive premium management activities, including processing premium changes, suspending active premiums when required, and managing tax withholding adjustments for policyholders.
  • Salesforce Utilization: Use Salesforce as your primary platform for pulling work assignments, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and data updates.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to resolve escalated cases, gather missing information, and ensure seamless handling of customer requests.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity, identifying and correcting discrepancies before transactions are finalized.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate workflows and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve the overall customer experience.
