What You'll Do as a Remote Customer Service Agent at arenaflex

As a Remote Customer Service Agent on our Auto Dealer Support team, you will serve as the first point of contact for automotive dealerships that need assistance with orders they have placed. Your day will be dynamic, engaging, and full of opportunities to make a real difference. Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver Outstanding Service Over the Phone: Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that dealerships count on for help, guidance, and reassurance. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Research and Resolve Profile Assistance Requests: Use your computer skills to help dealerships manage and update their account profiles, troubleshoot login or access issues, and navigate our proprietary systems with confidence.
  • Track Vehicle Shipments and Vehicle Orders: Monitor the status of incoming and outgoing vehicle orders, provide accurate updates, and proactively communicate any changes or delays to dealership partners.
  • Assist with Car Warranty Inquiries: Help dealerships understand warranty coverage, file claims, and follow up on the status of warranty-related requests.
  • Escalate Critical Orders When Needed: Identify urgent or time-sensitive issues and route them to the appropriate teams for swift resolution, ensuring that critical orders receive the priority attention they deserve.
  • Communicate Across Multiple Channels: Offer timely, accurate, and helpful solutions through phone calls, chats, emails, and any other communication channels required by the business.
  • Maintain a Positive and Upbeat Attitude: Bring energy, patience, and professionalism to every interaction, even when faced with challenging conversations or complex inquiries.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Two or more years of customer service experience in any industry – including call centers, retail, restaurants, fast food, hotels, or any role where you interacted directly with customers. We value transferable skills and a passion for helping people.
  • Schedule Availability: Must be able to work scheduled shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday. Some queues are time-sensitive, so reliable schedule adherence is critical.
  • Residency: Must be a resident of Michigan.

Training and Work Schedule

At arenaflex, we set our team members up for success from day one with comprehensive, paid training. Here is what your schedule will look like:

  • Instructor-Led Training (Weeks 1–5): 100% attendance required. You will participate in eight hours of live, instructor-led training each day, scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday.
  • Hands-On Call Training (Weeks 6–9): You will begin taking live calls with support from your trainers and team leads. Training hours during this phase are scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday.
  • Ongoing Work Schedule: After training, you will work shifts scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday. No weekends are required.

Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications)

  • A degree in a relevant or related field.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry (parts, service, sales, or dealership support).

While these qualifications are a plus, they are not required. If you are motivated, coachable, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you.

Remote Work Requirements

To succeed as a remote associate at arenaflex, you will need the following:

  • Michigan Residency: You must live in the state of Michigan.
  • High-Speed Internet: Reliable high-speed internet access at home that you can connect to via Ethernet or landline (not just Wi-Fi) to ensure call quality and system performance.
  • Cellular Phone: A personal cellular phone for backup communication and security verifications.
  • Secluded, Distraction-Free Workspace: A quiet, private area in your home where you can focus on customer interactions without interruptions.
