Key Responsibilities: What You'll Do Every Day

As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative working remotely for arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to policyholders and resolving complex consumer inquiries. This position requires excellent decision-making skills, creativity, and a solutions-oriented mindset. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are exactly alike.

Core Day-to-Day Duties

  • Resolve complex consumer issues using sound judgment, innovation, and adherence to company and departmental guidelines
  • Advise and support first-level representatives on high-level escalations and challenging cases
  • Assist policyholders with billing questions, payment concerns, and account-related inquiries
  • Process and execute policy changes requested by customers with accuracy and care
  • Provide thoughtful recommendations and make appropriate adjustments to meet policyholder needs
  • Document interactions thoroughly in the company's CRM and case management systems
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal quality standards

Qualifications: What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (any industry)
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Comfort using desktop computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Strong logical problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organization and work prioritization skills
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months of prior call center experience
  • Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or a related regulated industry
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities (arenaflex operates in over 300 languages globally)

Work From Home Requirements: Your Home Office Setup

Because this is a remote position, arenaflex requires that you have a reliable, professional home office setup. Specifically, you will need:

Internet Connection Specifications

  • Minimum subscribed download speed of 12.0 Mbps or higher
  • Minimum subscribed upload speed of 3.0 Mbps or higher
  • ISP must demonstrate no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed will be required as part of onboarding
