Key Responsibilities – What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Member Enrollment & Benefits Assistance: Field inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat messages to help members enroll in health plans, understand coverage options, and make informed benefit selections.
  • Claims Support: Investigate and resolve claims‑related questions, providing clear explanations of claim status, coverage decisions, and next steps.
  • Empathetic Communication: Listen actively, demonstrate genuine empathy, and tailor responses to each member’s unique situation, ensuring they feel heard and valued.
  • Timely Issue Resolution: Diagnose problems quickly, leverage internal resources, and follow up until the member’s issue is fully resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Partner with underwriting, billing, IT, and compliance departments to gather information, troubleshoot complex cases, and streamline processes.

Essential Qualifications – What You Need to Succeed
