At arenaflex, we blend cutting‑edge logistics technology with a heartfelt commitment to the well‑being of children and families. Our mission is to create seamless pathways for families who have achieved permanency—whether through reintegration, adoption, guardianship, or as aged‑out youth—by providing the data‑driven support they need to thrive. As a leader in the social‑service logistics sector, arenaflex leverages secure, cloud‑based platforms to track resources, coordinate community services, and ensure that every family’s journey is documented with precision and empathy.

Our team is a vibrant mix of data enthusiasts, social workers, and technology innovators who share a common purpose: to turn numbers into narratives of hope. If you are looking for a role that offers the flexibility of remote work, a schedule that adapts to your life, and the chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and families, you have found the right place.

Position Overview – What You’ll Do

As a Logistics Data Entry Analyst (Typist) – Child & Family Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the backbone of our data‑management operations. • Assist families in locating and accessing community resources by cross‑referencing data entries with available service directories.
  • Advocate on behalf of families by communicating data‑driven insights to program managers, ensuring that each family’s unique needs are addressed promptly.
  • Collaborate with senior support specialists to develop best‑practice data entry protocols and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
