About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, empathetic, and detail‑oriented independent contractors to become part of our arenaflex Crew. As a Customer Support Response Specialist, you will be the voice of arenaflex for drivers who need immediate help, guidance, or reassurance. Whether the call involves a simple navigation question or a critical emergency, you will assess the situation, provide accurate information, and guide the caller to a safe resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and digital interactions from drivers enrolled in the Driver Assistance Program.
  • Listen actively, ask clarifying questions, and quickly determine the nature of each request.
  • Provide step‑by‑step assistance for services such as Emergency Assistance, Automatic Collision Notification, Hands‑free Destination Assist, and Stolen Vehicle Locator.
  • Maintain composure and empathy during high‑stress or emergency scenarios, ensuring callers feel heard and supported.
  • Document each interaction accurately in arenaflex’s CRM system, following data‑privacy and security protocols.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior support staff or specialized teams when necessary, while keeping the caller informed.
  • Continuously update knowledge of arenaflex’s service offerings, new feature releases, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, performance reviews, and quality‑assurance audits.

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • For bilingual positions: native‑level fluency in Spanish or French in addition to English.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm, compassionate, and decisive under pressure.
  • Strong active‑listening skills and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps) and a quiet, uninterrupted workspace.
  • Proficiency with Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating systems.
  • Wired USB headset with a clear microphone (gaming headsets are not accepted).
  • Smartphone (Android or iOS) for authentication app installation.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in customer service, call‑center environments, or driver‑assistance programs.
  • Familiarity with navigation tools, GPS systems, and automotive telematics.

Technical Requirements

  • Base rate: $0.28 per customer‑interaction minute.
  • Minimum guarantee of 45 minutes per scheduled hour, translating to an effective hourly range of $12.60 – $16.80.
  • Bilingual premium: $0.31 per interaction minute with a 48‑minute guarantee, yielding $14.88 – $18.60 per hour.
  • Flexible scheduling – you set your own hours within a 24 × 7 client operation window.
