Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, persuasive, and professional Inbound Real Estate Appointment Setter to join our team. This is a unique and highly lucrative opportunity for a talented communicator who thrives on building quick rapport and closing the deal. Unlike traditional telemarketing or cold-calling roles, this position is 100% inbound traffic. You will not spend your day dialing cold lists or dealing with angry gatekeepers. Instead, you will receive warm phone traffic driven directly by our targeted marketing campaigns. Your sole mission is to capture this incoming interest, engage the callers, and convince them to meet face-to-face with our lead agent to discuss a high-value property offer. This role offers ultimate professional freedom. It is structured as a fully remote, highly flexible position where you can work as many or as few hours as you choose. We provide the inbound lead flow; you provide the voice and the drive to convert those leads into booked face-to-face meetings. Core Responsibilities The responsibilities of this position are highly focused, allowing you to master a single, high-impact skill. Your primary duty is to manage incoming phone traffic and convert interested prospects into confirmed in-person appointments.

  • Receive and Manage Inbound Calls: You will be responsible for answering warm incoming phone calls generated directly by our active marketing campaigns.
  • Pitch the High-Value Offer: You must effectively articulate the value of speaking with our lead agent regarding a premium, high-value offer on their property, addressing initial questions with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Secure Face-to-Face Appointments: Your ultimate objective on every call is to schedule a confirmed, face-to-face meeting between the property owner and our lead agent.
  • Coordinate Availability: You will manage and update your call-receiving schedule in advance, ensuring we know exactly when you are active so that live phone traffic can be dynamically routed to your line.

Compensation and Incentive Structure This position is designed for high-performers who want their compensation to reflect their direct production. We offer a dual-incentive commission structure that rewards you both for the immediate results you generate and the long-term success of the deals you initiate. Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits:
