Part-Time Project Manager

In this role, you will:
- Oversee third-party vendor activities related to Workday integrations, ensuring deliverables meet scope, quality, and timeline expectations
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (HR, IT, Finance) and external implementation partners
- Track project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies; proactively address issues and escalate when necessary
- Facilitate regular status meetings, prepare updates, and maintain project documentation
- Support change management and communication efforts across impacted stakeholders
Who You Are:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate with vendors
- Understanding of system integrations and project lifecycle methodology (Agile or Waterfall)
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
