We are looking for a proactive BDR Manager to lead and scale our Business Development team at Dripify (🔗 dripify.com) - a B2B SaaS platform that helps sales, recruitment, marketing teams and founders automate and scale LinkedIn outreach. Our product enables businesses to generate leads, build meaningful professional relationships, and create predictable pipeline through smart prospecting workflows and automation. As BDR Manager you will be responsible for developing top-performing BDR talent, improving outbound performance, and implementing scalable prospecting strategies that drive pipeline growth. The main goal is to build a high-performing outbound team, develop and coach BDRs, drive continuous process improvements through data-driven decision-making, and personally contribute to testing and scaling new outbound approaches, messaging strategies, and account-based initiatives that supports the company's growth goals. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in sales development or business development, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or management role (SaaS experience strongly preferred). Proven track record of building and managing high-performing BDR teams and consistently hitting pipeline targets. Deep understanding of outbound prospecting methodologies, sequencing strategies, and multi-channel engagement (email, LinkedIn, phone). Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and C-level executives. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze team performance metrics and translate insights into actionable coaching. Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and lead a distributed team effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Advanced English communication skills (C1+ or higher). Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BDRs, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance. Define and execute the BDR team's outbound strategy, including prospecting approaches, outreach sequences, and messaging frameworks. Set individual and team KPIs, monitor performance daily, and implement coaching plans where needed (including PIPs when necessary). Partner closely with Account Executives and the Head of Sales to ensure seamless lead handoff, pipeline quality, and alignment on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile). Oversee accurate CRM hygiene and reporting in HubSpot, ensuring full visibility into team activity and pipeline contribution. Recruit, onboard, and ramp new BDRs, building and maintaining a scalable onboarding program. Analyze team performance data and provide weekly and monthly reporting to the Head of Sales. Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to continuously refine the team's outreach approach. Adapt team strategy and messaging to suit the needs of different markets and segments.
