Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to verify compliance with equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans and stock purchase plans (SPPs).
- Process the issuance and settlement of Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and stock purchase plan matching ratio awards.
- Review equity transaction activity—including option exercises, RSU/PSU releases, and SPP activities—to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.
- Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, internal partners, and external stakeholders.
- Support the equity‑based LTI award delivery process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities.
- Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reports to aid ongoing operations and strategic decision‑making.
- Maintain and update equity administration policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Assist with additional equity plan administration tasks as needed, including data migration, system testing, and process improvement initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 1 year of experience in equity plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
