• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Engineering teams as a thought partner, providing data-informed insights that shape the future roadmap and drive long-term strategy for building a high-quality conversion data foundation
• Strategic Impact: Develop frameworks for evaluating data quality metrics, establish best practices for data governance, and contribute to the overall data strategy at arenaflex

What We're Looking For: Qualifications

Essential Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a data scientist, applied scientist, or machine learning engineer
• Scientific Methodology: Proven ability to apply scientific methods to solve real-world problems at web-scale
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL/Hive and expertise in at least one scripting language (preferably Python/R)
