  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve system reliability, and reduce operational costs through automation and innovative practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Linux+) are a strong plus.
  • Hands‑on experience troubleshooting hardware and network issues, preferably using Linux‑based tools and utilities.
  • Familiarity with server hardware components, networking equipment, and data center operations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicating clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset, with a willingness to take ownership of complex technical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a data center or network operations environment, handling large‑scale hardware deployments.
  • Basic scripting or programming knowledge (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate routine tasks.
  • Understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configurations.
  • Proven ability to lead small project teams, develop project plans, and execute on time‑critical initiatives.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across diverse groups to resolve technical issues.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Technical Acumen: Deep knowledge of server hardware, storage solutions, and networking gear.
  • Linux Proficiency: Comfortable navigating the command line, managing services, and troubleshooting kernel‑level problems.
