Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead a high‑performing Talent Data Operations & Insights team, fostering a culture of partnership, innovation, and analytical excellence.
  • Roadmap Development: Design and execute a multi‑year talent analytics roadmap that aligns with arenaflex’s broader business objectives and talent acquisition, development, and retention goals.
  • Insight Delivery: Provide actionable insights to Talent Partners and Business Leaders, proactively surfacing wins, risks, and opportunities with clear, data‑backed recommendations.
  • Data Modeling & Visualization: Build intuitive data models, dashboards, and self‑service tools that translate complex datasets into digestible, decision‑ready formats.
  • Prioritization & Governance: Identify and prioritize analytics initiatives, integrating internal and external data sources while ensuring data quality, privacy, and compliance.
  • Strategic Advisory Enablement: Elevate the Talent organization to become a strategic advisor, capable of influencing business outcomes through predictive analytics and scenario planning.
  • Consulting & Enablement: Deliver consulting, analysis, and insights services, empowering business units to leverage data for continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross‑functional leaders—including HR, Finance, Operations, and Technology—to embed analytics into everyday business processes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a comparable field, preferably within a large‑scale enterprise.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent analytics, workforce planning, or HR data ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing data‑driven talent strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical acumen with the ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience building scalable analytics tools and platforms that meet evolving enterprise needs.
