Why This Role Matters

At arenaflex, data is the lifeblood of every strategic initiative. As a Data Entry & Information Management Analyst, you will be a cornerstone of our Corporate Framework Administration (CIS) team, turning raw data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence, enhance customer satisfaction, and accelerate business performance. This is more than a data‑entry job—it is a chance to own end‑to‑end data pipelines, collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, and influence the architecture of a world‑class information ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable data solutions that support a variety of internal and external business applications.
  • Construct, maintain, and optimize robust data pipelines using modern ETL/ELT techniques, ensuring high‑throughput and low‑latency processing.
  • Perform rigorous data validation, testing, and quality assurance to guarantee the accuracy, reliability, and security of all data assets.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, product owners, and business users to translate complex requirements into clean, well‑documented data models.
  • Monitor data flow performance, proactively identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal system health.
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies, including data lineage, metadata management, and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Document data architecture, workflow processes, and best practices to foster knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Assist in the migration and integration of legacy data sources into modern cloud‑native platforms such as AWS Redshift, S3, and Athena.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data‑related incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
  • Continuously explore emerging data technologies and recommend enhancements that align with arenaflex’s strategic roadmap.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and data warehouses.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with AWS services (S3, Redshift, Lambda, RDS/Aurora, IAM, VPC), SQL, and at least one programming language such as Python, Ruby, or Scala.
  • Data Modeling: Demonstrated ability to create logical and physical data models, including star and snowflake schemas for analytical reporting.
  • Tooling: Experience with data integration tools (e.g., AWS Glue, Apache Airflow) and BI platforms such as Amazon QuickSight or Power BI.
  • Quality Assurance: Strong background in data testing, validation, and cleansing techniques.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of working effectively across technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Hands‑on experience with big‑data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, HBase, or Spark.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for data engineering.
  • Knowledge of data‑visualization tools and the ability to build interactive dashboards.
  • Experience with project management platforms like Smartsheet, Asana, or Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Exposure to front‑end technologies (JavaScript, React) for building data‑driven UI components.
  • Understanding of data security best practices, including encryption, access control, and audit logging.
  • Prior experience in a fast‑paced e‑commerce or cloud‑services environment.

Core Competencies for Success

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to dissect complex data problems, identify root causes, and propose elegant solutions.
  • Detail Orientation: Commitment to delivering high‑quality work with meticulous attention to data integrity.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment and quickly learn new technologies.
  • Ownership: Take full responsibility for the end‑to‑end lifecycle of data assets, from ingestion to consumption.
  • Team Player: Foster collaborative relationships, mentor junior team members, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
