Our mission is to empower creators, retailers, and consumers alike by turning data into actionable insight, and we do it with a culture that celebrates curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Why This Role Matters

In today’s hyper‑competitive marketplace, the ability to understand and optimize paid media spend is a decisive advantage. As the Remote Data Entry & Paid Media Analytics Manager, you will be the analytical engine that fuels arenaflex’s strategic decisions, ensuring every advertising dollar is allocated for maximum impact. This is not a routine data‑entry job; it is a high‑visibility, impact‑driven position that sits at the intersection of data science, marketing, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data‑Driven Insight Delivery: Transform raw paid‑media data into clear, concise insights that guide senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strategic Reporting & Scorecards: Design, build, and maintain KPI dashboards and scorecards that track media performance, ROI, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Marketing & Finance: Partner with marketing, finance, and product teams to identify optimization opportunities, develop media mix models, and support budget allocation decisions.
  • Ad‑Hoc Analysis & Rapid Experimentation: Conduct quick‑turn analyses to answer urgent business questions, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and drive immediate execution.
  • SQL & BI Tool Mastery: Write complex SQL queries, develop visualizations in MicroStrategy, Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker, and ensure data integrity across reporting pipelines.
  • Data Modeling & Forecasting: Build predictive models that anticipate market trends, customer behavior, and media performance, feeding insights back into campaign planning.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences, tailoring the narrative to drive consensus and action.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in data collection, suggest enhancements to data pipelines, and champion best practices for data governance.
  • Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Coach junior analysts, lead workshops on data storytelling, and foster a culture of analytical rigor across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or consulting within a fast‑paced digital or e‑commerce environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL—ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries.
  • Hands‑on experience with at least one major BI/visualization platform (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
  • Proven track record of delivering actionable insights that directly influenced paid‑media spend or marketing ROI.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down ambiguous problems, formulate hypotheses, and test them rigorously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience with statistical analysis tools such as R, SAS, or Python (pandas, scikit‑learn) for deeper modeling work.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Google BigQuery) and data‑pipeline orchestration tools.
  • Background in advertising technology (DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges) and understanding of media buying cycles.
  • Exposure to e‑commerce or subscription‑based business models, especially in the context of membership or media content services.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment and influence without direct authority.
  • Passion for continuous learning—eager to stay ahead of emerging analytics techniques, AI/ML trends, and industry best practices.

Core Competencies for Success

  • Critical Thinking: Ability to synthesize large data sets, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Problem‑Solving: Comfortable navigating uncertainty, defining the right questions, and delivering data‑driven solutions.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple analyses, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize high‑impact work.
  • Collaboration: Proven teamwork skills, especially with marketing, finance, product, and engineering stakeholders.
  • Storytelling: Transform technical findings into compelling narratives that inspire action across the business.
  • Technical Agility: Quick learner of new tools, languages, and platforms; comfortable adapting to evolving tech stacks.

  • Sponsored certifications (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, AWS Certified Data Analytics, Google Data Engineer).
  • Internal hackathons and innovation labs where you can prototype new analytics solutions.
  • Cross‑functional rotation programs that expose you to product management, finance, and strategic planning.
