Key Responsibilities

• Architect and Deploy Data Solutions: Design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and Apache Airflow (or equivalent workflow orchestration tools) to ingest, cleanse, and transform data from diverse sources.
• Data Warehouse Development: Create and evolve scalable DataMarts and data warehouse schemas in relational databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, and Vertica, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
• BI Platform Management: Configure, develop, and support arenaflex’s enterprise Business Intelligence platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker), delivering intuitive dashboards and ad‑hoc reporting capabilities for both technical and non‑technical users.
• Custom Reporting & Automation: Build bespoke reports and automated analytics workflows that address complex business questions, leveraging advanced visualization techniques to surface insights quickly.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, IT operations, and senior leadership to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and translate business needs into technical specifications.

Essential Qualifications
