Position Overview

As the arenaflex Real‑Time Customer Data Platform (CDP) Product Leader, you will be the technical champion behind the arenaflex Experience Platform (AEP). You will guide the design, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business while delivering measurable value to customers. Key Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of the arenaflex Experience Platform (AEP) Real‑Time CDP, aligning platform capabilities with commercial business objectives.
• Lead the development, configuration, and maintenance of data pipelines, segment‑building logic, and real‑time activation workflows.
• Provide expert technical guidance to internal marketing, analytics, and product teams on best practices for CDP usage and data governance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform‑related technical issues, coordinating with arenaflex Support and external consulting partners to implement robust solutions.
• Collaborate closely with IT, security, and data engineering teams to ensure platform integrations meet architectural standards and compliance requirements.
