Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated Remote Data Entry & Customer Care Specialist to become an integral part of our Virtual Customer Care team. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry of customer records, transaction details, and account updates using arenaflex’s proprietary platforms.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Fraud Prevention, Product Support, and Technical Services to resolve complex issues and enhance overall satisfaction.
