Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end finance transformation initiatives, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and enhance data quality.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and cycle analyses, identifying proactive risk‑mitigation opportunities and tracking remediation to closure.
• Design, implement, and maintain functional and procedural controls for finance interactions, ensuring alignment with global policies and local regulations.
• Participate actively in the SOX 302 quarterly certification process, preparing documentation, testing controls, and providing clear evidence of compliance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Finance partners, delivering timely insights on controllership matters and recommending best‑practice solutions.

Essential Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, with a proven track record in financial controls, audit, or process improvement.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros) and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
