About arenaflex

arenaflex is a leading carrier in the aviation industry, renowned for delivering a seamless travel experience to millions of passengers each year. Our mission is to create an airline that people love, driven by a culture of innovation, safety, and relentless customer focus. As a fully remote‑first organization, arenaflex empowers its employees to work from anywhere while staying connected to a vibrant, collaborative community of professionals who share a passion for aviation excellence.

Why This Role Matters

Data is the lifeblood of any modern airline. Accurate, timely, and well‑organized information fuels everything from flight scheduling and revenue management to customer service and regulatory compliance. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the guardian of that data, ensuring that every record, transaction, and report is entered with precision and integrity. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of our operations, the profitability of our routes, and the satisfaction of our passengers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, validate, and maintain high‑volume data sets related to flight itineraries, ticket sales, crew assignments, and ancillary services.
  • Collaborate with Travel Management Companies (TMCs) to reconcile booking details, pricing agreements, and commission structures.
  • Perform detailed revenue analysis, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization across corporate travel accounts.
  • Partner with legal and risk management teams to draft, review, and execute contractual agreements with TMC partners.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue per seat, booking conversion rates, and contract compliance.
  • Support the sales and marketing departments by providing accurate data for campaign planning, lead generation, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and maintain standardized data entry procedures, ensuring consistency across all remote teams.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to streamline workflows and generate actionable insights.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements that enhance data accuracy, reduce manual effort, and accelerate reporting cycles.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations, including GDPR and U.S. privacy standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; alternatively, four years of relevant professional experience may substitute for the degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in external sales, corporate travel, or a closely related environment, with a proven track record of handling high‑volume data.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and solid working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in the airline or travel industry, especially with TMC relationships.
  • Familiarity with travel data sources such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Travelport, and the ability to extract and interpret data from these platforms.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for contract management and lead tracking.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building cross‑functional partnerships and influencing outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, with a talent for managing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns, generate insights, and propose data‑driven solutions.
  • Self‑starter attitude, comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying aligned with team goals.

Core Competencies

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous data entry and verification to ensure zero‑error records.
  • Problem‑Solving: Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve issues quickly.
  • Collaboration: Works effectively with sales, legal, finance, and marketing teams across multiple time zones.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast‑changing environment, adjusting to new tools, processes, and business priorities.
  • Integrity: Upholds the highest standards of confidentiality and data security.
