Why This Role Matters

In today’s data‑driven economy, accurate and timely data entry is the backbone of operational efficiency. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the guardian of information quality, ensuring that every piece of data entered into our proprietary QuickClaim system meets rigorous accuracy standards and complies with HIPAA regulations. Your work will directly influence the speed at which our clients can process claims, resolve inquiries, and deliver services to end‑users, making you an essential contributor to the success of both arenaflex and its partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data from a continuous stream of scanned images into the QuickClaim platform, maintaining a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.

  • Review each entry for completeness, correctness, and compliance with internal quality benchmarks before final submission.
  • Safeguard all Personal Health Information (PHI) by adhering strictly to HIPAA privacy and security standards.
  • Collaborate professionally with teammates, supervisors, and cross‑functional staff to resolve ambiguities and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Propose process enhancements, automation ideas, or training suggestions that could boost accuracy or reduce turnaround time.
  • Complete daily task quotas, ensuring that all assigned work is finished before the end of the shift.

  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering error‑free work.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven mindset with the ability to work independently and meet productivity targets.
  • Proven analytical abilities to interpret documents, extract relevant information, and resolve inconsistencies.
  • Sound decision‑making skills, especially when faced with ambiguous or incomplete data.
  • Residency in Minnesota or Wisconsin is required for eligibility to transition to remote work after the in‑person training period.
