Key Responsibilities
As an IT Desktop Support Technician at arenaflex, you will:
- Resolve Technical Issues: Efficiently resolve and close tickets and work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripheral devices across our global network.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving technical issues raised through our helpdesk system, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
