Why This Role Matters

The Digital Media Client Services Coordinator is a pivotal member of our Advertising Operations team, based in Milan but fully remote. This role supports the end‑to‑end lifecycle of advertising campaigns across arenaflex’s digital properties—including our flagship streaming service arenaflex+, websites, mobile apps, and social platforms. By ensuring flawless data entry, meticulous campaign tracking, and proactive client communication, you will directly contribute to revenue growth, operational efficiency, and the overall success of our advertisers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of client services specialists, guiding them through all phases of the campaign lifecycle—from order intake to invoicing.
  • Develop and execute media plans that maximize revenue while aligning with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with sales, finance, and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Perform detailed data entry and validation for campaign orders, ensuring accuracy in inventory allocation, targeting parameters, and pricing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for complex issues, troubleshooting technical challenges, and escalating matters to senior leadership when necessary.
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting to reconcile revenue, track billing cycles, and support month‑end close processes.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate insights, and recommend optimization strategies to improve ROI for clients.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of standard operating procedures, best practices, and workflow enhancements.
  • Collaborate with regional teams across EMEA to share knowledge, drive consistency, and champion a culture of excellence.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging ad technologies, and competitive landscape to keep arenaflex’s ad stack at the forefront of innovation.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience in advertising, either on the agency side or within an in‑house media technology environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in campaign management, including planning, trafficking, optimization, and reporting for display, video, and connected‑TV (CTV) inventory.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Solid understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems, major demand‑side platforms (DSPs), and supply‑side platforms (SSPs).
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance requirements related to digital advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to represent arenaflex at external events and client meetings.
  • Prior experience working with global brands or large‑scale media partnerships is a plus.
  • Proficiency in industry‑standard tools such as Google Marketing Platform, DV360, and ad‑serving technologies.
  • Technical aptitude for troubleshooting ad‑tech integrations and collaborating with product engineering teams.
