This is a remote-friendly opportunity offering a competitive pay rate of $26/hour, designed for a professional who thrives at the intersection of data integrity, packaging design, and cross-functional leadership.

In this role, your contributions will directly influence sales performance and deepen brand affinity by ensuring packaging is guest-focused, on-brand, competitive at retail, and category-relevant. • Consult with key procurement, design, store operations, marketing, supply chain, properties, and compliance program owners to establish relevant data requirements and flexible standards that consistently reflect our commitment to safety, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and performance.

  • Evaluate data requirements, standards, and specifications to advance safe, reliable, and cost-effective solutions that align with industry standards, enhance sound engineering practices, and align with risk tolerance expectations.
  • Provide support and guidance to cross-functional teams and colleagues to ensure proper interpretation and execution of packaging data requirements, standards, and specifications.
  • Consult with appropriate internal regulatory and compliance authorities, identifying impacts on current data requirements and standards, taking action to mitigate risks, and identifying opportunities for compliance excellence.
  • Partner with cross-functional global collaborators to drive effective communication and roadshows around stated objective development, compliance, and data accuracy best practice requirements and expectations.
  • Use data to identify trends or issues, in partnership with technology teams, to measure the effectiveness of training delivered and communications sent.
