Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk and Typist at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with transforming source material — whether handwritten drafts, printed pages, scanned PDFs, or digital files — into professionally prepared, properly formatted, and accurately proofread documents. Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • High-Accuracy Data Entry and Transcription: Accurately type and transcribe a wide range of documents, including reports, business correspondence, contracts, forms, meeting minutes, and other written materials from handwritten, printed, and electronic sources while maintaining a high level of speed and precision.
  • Document Formatting and Templating: Apply arenaflex's internal style guides and approved templates to ensure that every document is consistently formatted. This includes setting margins, headers, footers, fonts, spacing, numbering, and visual hierarchy in line with company standards.
  • Proofreading and Quality Control: Carefully review all typed material for errors in grammar, punctuation, spelling, syntax, and formatting consistency. Make necessary corrections before final submission to ensure every document reflects arenaflex's standard of excellence.
  • Digital and Physical File Management: Organize, label, and maintain both digital file systems (cloud-based drives and document management platforms) and any physical records. Ensure that files are easy to retrieve, properly archived, and protected from unauthorized access.
