Your Quest as a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex

As a Data Entry Specialist on the arenaflex team, you will be the engine that keeps our new client information flowing seamlessly through multiple software systems. You are a true data wizard with lightning-fast typing skills and an eagle eye for detail, capable of capturing, organizing, and managing information with precision and consistency. Your role is critical to the success of our client onboarding process, ensuring that new client data is entered accurately, efficiently, and completely across our various internal platforms.

In this fully remote, part-time position, you will perform your data manipulation magic from the comfort of your home office. You will create, update, and manage spreadsheets with ease, retrieve and process a wide variety of data types, and collaborate with team members through virtual chats, video meetings, and shared digital workspaces. Key Responsibilities of the Remote Data Entry Specialist

  • Input new client information accurately and efficiently into multiple software systems and platforms.
  • Create, format, update, and manage spreadsheets using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel with a high degree of accuracy.
