Key Responsibilities

  • Perform passenger check‑in and boarding procedures, including seat assignments and special service requests.
  • Issue vouchers and provide guidance on hotel, meal, and ground‑transportation arrangements when required.
  • Assist with baggage handling, including tag issuance, tracking, and resolution of irregularities.
  • Manage gate announcements, boarding calls, and flight status updates for both domestic and international routes.
  • Process credit‑card transactions at ticket counters and self‑service kiosks, maintaining strict security standards.
  • Provide hands‑on assistance to passengers with disabilities, unaccompanied minors, or other special needs.
  • Collaborate with ground‑handling partners, airport authorities, and security personnel to ensure smooth operations.
