Position Overview – Remote Data Entry Clerk

arenaflex is seeking a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our Purchasing Operations team. In this role, you will serve as the critical link between our global sourcing offices, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that purchase orders (POs), vendor account setups, and related data are accurately captured, processed, and reported. Key Responsibilities

  • Purchase Order Management: Create, modify, and finalize purchase orders in arenaflex’s internal systems, ensuring all required fields are populated and compliance standards are met.
  • Vendor Account Setup: Process new vendor registrations, maintain existing vendor records, and coordinate with the Vendor Management team to resolve any data discrepancies.
