Key Responsibilities

  • AI Result Validation: Compare AI‑generated outputs against ground‑truth data, flagging discrepancies, documenting errors, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately input, update, and maintain records in our proprietary databases and cloud‑based platforms, ensuring completeness and consistency.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of entered data, verify adherence to established standards, and perform routine audits to uphold data integrity.
  • Process Improvement Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, project managers, and quality assurance teams to identify bottlene‑cks and suggest enhancements to data workflows.
  • Reporting & Analysis Support: Generate concise reports on data quality metrics, contribute to trend analysis, and assist in the preparation of dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Deadline Management: Prioritize tasks effectively, meet strict project timelines, and balance multiple assignments without compromising accuracy.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of labeling conventions, validation procedures, and any deviations encountered during the data lifecycle.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management, information systems, or a related discipline is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated experience (minimum 1‑2 years) in data labeling, validation, or entry roles, preferably within AI or machine‑learning environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot subtle inconsistencies across large data sets.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with data entry tools or database interfaces.
  • Typing speed of at least 60 WPM with high accuracy (≥ 95%).
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills to identify root causes of data discrepancies.

  • Experience with data quality assurance frameworks such as ISO 8000, DQAF, or industry‑specific standards.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including supervised learning pipelines and model evaluation metrics.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to assist in reporting and analysis.
  • Exposure to scripting languages (Python, R) for basic data manipulation or validation automation.
  • Previous work in remote or distributed teams, demonstrating strong virtual communication skills.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Precision & Accuracy: Ability to maintain high standards of data fidelity under tight deadlines.
  • Critical Thinking: Evaluate AI outputs critically, discerning subtle errors that could impact downstream models.
  • Technical Literacy: Comfortable navigating databases, spreadsheets, and emerging data‑annotation platforms.
  • Communication: Articulate findings clearly, both in written reports and verbal discussions with cross‑functional teams.
