Key Responsibilities

Ground Operations Support

  • Monitor and support daily ground‑handling activities to ensure a safe, efficient, and cost‑effective service for our passengers.

  • Identify root causes of operational issues and propose creative, data‑driven solutions.

  • Provide analytical support to the Business Operations Group, focusing on people, processes, and technology.

  • Facilitate communication between arenaflex Business Group and internal customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
  • Develop onboarding and training materials for new hires within the Business Operations team.
  • Participate in spontaneous business projects, process redesigns, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Assist with the preparation of business cases, cost‑benefit analyses, and risk assessments for upcoming initiatives.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by supervisors, contributing to a flexible and collaborative work environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Availability: Ability to commit to a full‑time schedule of 40 hours per week for the 12‑week internship period (May 21 – August 9, 2024).
  • Location: Must be able to work on‑site at arenaflex’s corporate campus in Dallas, Texas, with occasional remote flexibility.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into clear recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and at least one data‑visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
